- Assisted lumbar puncture for 2 ICU cases.

Ward duties:
- guided my co-interns to update soap notes everyday, of their patients.
- looked after PaJR groups being made for ward patients and the history updated.
- attended the rounds in ICU, AMC and ward.

Nephrology duties:
- monitored dialysis

Psychiatry duties
- learnt history taking in psychiatry cases.
- have seen cases of alcohol dependence, depression, addiction, schizophrenia.

I have also learned the importance of taking elaborated history of  everyday routine of each patient which made it easier to list out the probable causes and risk factors of the current status of the patient, mainly in the OPD further helping me out in giving better advise and changes in the lifestyle that would bring better  outcome in the patient health.
